Effects
- Reduces Equipment movement penalties by 50%.
- Importantly, this only applies to the attributes "Movement Speed" and "Stamina Use" on equipment. It does not apply to general weight burdens from wearing too much heavy equipment.
Notes
- The effect will not work on armors gained positive bonuses from Enchantments. If wearing a Chaos and Creativity enchanted Runic Armor, only its stamina penalty is halved.
