The Blue Chamber building in Berg is where many factions meet to discuss important issues. Notably, this location is where the 'attack on Berg' occurs during the early parts of each faction quest-line.
Entrances
The building is found at the center of Berg, in the higher section of the city. Near the entrance is a large shallow water feature which players can collect Clean Water from.
Inside the building, one can find a doorway which leads to Necropolis. This doorway is near the central circular platform, from a set of stairs which can be dropped down onto. To go from the Necropolis back into Berg, the player must walk along the narrow walls between the stairs and the pool around the center.
Unknown Arena
