Full Build Details

Firstly, get Fire Affinity from the Philosopher. It helps with damage, obviously.

Second, if you don't have the Scarlet Set, then use the Antique Plate Set with Economy instead.

Third, make sure to craft as many old lanterns as possible. Fill your backpack to the brim.

And now you know basically everything there is to know about this build. It's really straightforward. Throw Lanterns. Hope enemies don't have 100% fire resistance. If need be, get the Scorch Hex from the 9th Watcher in Harmattan. You'll have enough mana through Leyline Connection to use it over and over again.
