Full Build Details
So to maximize your lightning damage with this build, you're gonna want to buff up with rage and disipline, activate runic protection, activate boons including blessed boon, use infuse light, then take a blessed potion to get your boon back. Also doesn't hurt to use potions ;) Overall this build will deal a ridiculous amount of lightning damage, and also you will be fairly tanky with all the boons up and runic protection.
