Full Build Details

The aim of this build is to make melee as easy as possible. By reducing the damage you take from all sources, and increasing the impact damage and attackspeed of your weapon. You just run up to an enemy, and start smacking them. You will quickly stagger them while any attack they do get through, doesn't bother you much.

Preparation

Before combat you make sure to enable all the relevant buffs.

Base Preparation

Depending on the enemy you are facing, you can activate the boon that covers the damage type they do. When in doubt, you can always use them all. The same boons can be gained through different foods and potions

Specific Preparation
Warm (skill).png > Warm Potion.png > Possessed (skill).png > Possessed Potion.png > Mist (skill).png > Mist Potion.png > Blessed (skill).png > Blessed Potion.png

After combat we can use Bitter Spicy Tea to recover some burnt stamina (we burn stamina quickly with the Infuse Wind imbue)

Combat

During combat you generally just run up to your enemy and start hitting them as much as you can, as fast as you can. The point of the build is to make it as simple as possible. You do have several skills for blocking attacks, and because of your damage resistance you have plenty of room to fail.

Combat combo

Gear

The gear for this build is rather flexible. What you see at the top of this build, is fairly early game equipment that remains relevant for mid to even late game. In general you need the following:

  • A weapon with a high attackspeed
  • A weapon with high impact damage
  • Armor with as many resistances as you can find (In general high physical resistance is most important, depending on your enemy elemental resistances can be just as important)
