To get the most out of this build you need a Light Mender's Lexicon or a Lexicon, Activated Wind Altar, Light Boon, Infuse Lightning, Rune: Dez, Rune: Egoth, Rune: Fal, all pasive skill that you can get, a Lightning Totemic Lodge., and you should bring a Sky Chimes, with the Welkin Ring skill.
