Welcome to my 90% cooldown reduction build

WARNING: This build is not recommended to any first time players. It requires extremely late game items & abilities, including some exclusive legacy chest items.

Why 90% cooldown matters

So you might be wondering why 90%, as appose to a mere 80% and instead picking up the powerful levant passives Alchemical Experiment and Kirouac's Breakthrough. The answer is simply 10% remaining cooldown is HALF of 20% remaining cooldown. Your cooldowns come back twice as fast while fully buffed.

Archer

Uses Sniper Shot & Evasion Shot. Note this build does NOT unlock Wild Hunter or Piercing Shot. It may seem tempting, but this build doesn't need it. Save your invaluable breakthrough point. Finishing the Sorobor Academy Questline rewards you with the option Tsar Bow so make sure you complete it successfully for the essential rewards.

Melee

Uses Perfect Strike as well as the overpowered Moment of Truth including all of the counters available to 2-handed swords.

Breakthroughs and Skills

1. The Speedster
   • Probe -> needed for building Alert stacks
   • Efficiency -> needed for spamming skills
   • Daredevil -> 10-40% Cooldown Reduction, Essential.
   • Blitz -> 5-20% Movement Speed
2. Warrior Monk
   • Steadfast Ascetic -> needed for spamming skills
   • Perfect Strike -> inflicts pain, and is great for spam
   • Counterstrike -> Always useful.
3. Cabal Hermit
   • Shamanic Resonance -> needed to make up for lacking Alchemical Experiment and Kirouac's Breakthrough

Progress Route

Legacy Chest the following items in advance:

• Cierzo Storage -> Shadow Kazite Light Armor
• The Slide]] -> Shadow Kazite Light Boots
• Spire of Light -> Meteoric Bow]] ( optional )
• Vigil Pylon (Enmerkar Forest)]] -> Pearlbird Mask ( optional )

1. Cierzo
   1. Buy these:
      • Fitness
      • Simple Bow
   2. speak to Burac with a bow to unlock Evasion Shot
   3. Hunt any Pearlbird you come across for the rare Pearlbird Mask which can later be used to craft Murmure
2. Berg
   1. Recurve Bow bought from the Blacksmith
   2. Buy these skills from the Wild Hunter Trainer:
      • Sniper Shot
      • Hunter's Eye
      • Rage
   3. Go out and hunt two Alpha Coralhorn but be warned, this is not an easy enemy to kite.
   4. Craft a Coralhorn Bow
      1. Coralhorn Antler
      2. Coralhorn Antler
      3. Recurve Bow
      4. Crystal Powder
         • Crystal Powder can be made by combining 4 Mana Stone with an Alchemy Kit
3. Harmattan
   1. Buy these skills from the Wild Hunter Trainer:
      • Probe
      • Daredevil
      • Come back later when you can afford Blitz
4. Harmattan -> Enrollment
   1. Acquire Mana
5. Harmattan -> Up The Ladder
6. Harmattan -> A Knife in the Back
   1. Leave Harmattan and do some parallel quests Purifier ( Strongly Recommended & hand in to Hugo Lockwell, Provost of Academic Affairs so that you may access his private potions stock for 40s each )
      • Defensive Set -> Great Life Potion + Stoneflesh Elixir
      • Aggressive Set -> Great Endurance Potion + Warrior Elixir ( Recommended )
      • Mage Set -> Great Astral Potion + Elemental Immunity Potion
   2. During this time you may unlock the Monk & Cabal Hermit skill trees
7. Levant -> A Knife in the Back
8. Harmattan -> Cloak and Dagger essential
   1. You must complete this quest successfully for Logistics Expert
9. Harmattan -> A House Divided essential
   1. You must complete this quest successfully for Tsar Bow

The Pain debuff is essential, always bring either Coralhorn Bow or Galvanic Bow with you.
