Full Build Details

This build has very high damage, and using pure lightning could look like a disadvantage since some ennemies are very resitant to it, but with shield charge you are appying the doomed debuff wich reduces lightning resitance. Combined with the elemental vulnerability from the chimera pistol you can lower the resitances of ennemies enough to destroy them no matter their resitance to lightning. You lack a little bit of impact damage and despite the use of a shield you are not that resistant to it so dodging is most of the time a more viable option. The light mender backpack buffs your damage and feather dodge allows you to keep it in any situation.
