To get the most out of this build ...

Utilize Probe, Perfect Strike, Moon Swipe and Splitter due to the slow attack speed of Ghost Reaper. Stack Haunted as much as possible to keep Sapped up on the target with Torment, causing the target to constantly deal less elemental damage. Perfect Strike is your main way to keep Pain on the target for Bleeding with Torment. Flash Onslaught also inflicts Pain which is good for your Full Combo. Moon Swipe is good for keeping up damage and Splitter is a great execution. If you can time it properly, you can also dodge attacks with Splitter while also dealing damage; be careful spamming this as it burns Stamina and Health every time.

This playstyle of always being Level 4 Alert while not having much defense from armor will make you a bit squishy, which is why it's imperative to take Anticipation in the Speedster tree. This increased Protection in conjunction with your Sapped debuff will make you a bit harder to kill on both Physical and Elemental fronts. If you are still worried about your survivability, you could swap Perfect Strike with Master of Motion but it will cut into your DPS. With this build, you really shouldn't be taking many hits, but these can help with the one-offs.
