Jager Sullivan is an NPC in Outward, involved in the Purifier quest.
He can be found at the western-most entrance to Berg, a short distance east. This entrance is west of the Blue Chamber itself, not the main south-western entrance.
Quest Involvement
Confronting Jager is an optional action one can take in the Purifier quest. Confronting Jager results in him initially defending his attempts to mind-control Immaculates, but after the player threatens to hand over the evidence to the Blue Chamber, Jager offers the player 100 silver and 3 Hackmanite to keep their silence. The player can accept, deny, or take time to consider the offer. Allowing Jager to escape, rather than face judgment, does not seem to impact the overall quest line in any alternative fashion.
