Robed Man is a NPC in Outward, found at the Nomad's Oasis in Abrassar during the quest Blood Under The Sun.

Description

This man was set up for the murder of Prince Jaden. He was bribed with a large sum of gold to wear the Holy Mission robes and run down the streets of Levant following the Prince's murder as onlookers shouted accusations at him. He flees to the Nomad's Oasis and shares some information about the plot with the player.
