Is the +3% movement speed really a thing? Because i enchanted my Crimson Plate Boots and my Master Trader Boots with it and while i got the lightning damage, the movement speed didn't change from -4% and +15%. And when equipping the items the character sheet also changes the movement speed accordingly (only -2% for the Crimson Plate Boots due to the Armor Training skill). Maybe it only appears on boots that don't have any movement speed modification already? Naryoril (talk) 17:32, 7 July 2020 (UTC)

Hey, if you're on console then I'm guessing that consoles haven't gotten the hotfix patches yet, this was a bug on PC until one of the recent hotfixes. Outlandersinai (talk)

No, i'm on PC (Steam). I don't know where i can really see the game version number, but the Outward.exe lists File version 2018.4.8.51673 and Product version 2018.4.8.10209753, i'm not sure whether this is the real number though since it also says Date modified 22th of April 2020.
