Artois Sutherland is an NPC in the city of Harmattan, in Outward.

Description

Artois Sutherland is a new recruit to the Sorobor Academy, who joins around the same time as the player character joins a faction.

Artois is kind-hearted and soft according to Desy, and he hopes to join the History division and someday become a Scholar or even a Master. Over the course of the quest line, he takes a liking more to Victor Berthelot, Dean of the Military as opposed to Desy and the player.
