Balthazar Berthelot is the Blue Chamber Collective's greatest historian. He can be spoken to in Berg during multiple faction quests, at the Blue Chamber's council meeting.

Quest Involvement
- During Mixed Legacies, Balthazar is kidnapped and killed off-screen by the bandits who attacked the Chamber meeting. His body can then be found deep within Ancestor's Resting Place.
- He is presumably also killed during the other faction quests that take place during the Council meeting, but more information is needed.
