Full Build Details
Preparation: Water, Rage, Discipline, Mist boon and any endurance food are recommended. Other buffs are not required.
During the fight: Geps fast ethereal damage does all the work here. Wait for the gargoyle to make a physical attack, block with Angler Shield or dodge as you prefer. If you're blocking move onto the enemy sideways at the same time so their attack movement place you behind them. Hit 1 to 4 times with Gep. Repeat. When they do the area ethereal attack: dodge. When the alchemist calls decay damage bowls, run away and wait for its disappearance.
Bonus: this technique with Gep's area damage works to win all Sirocco Arena fights.
