build which abusing quantity of impact damage for constant knockback and creating windows for reload. This is more of a magic build than a pistol build in terms of DPS. This is a very unwonted for gameplay build, but very effective.

Full Build Details
The key mechanic of this build is 
abusing. For knockback we need either A LOT of , or just a lot and three consecutive staggers. Therefore, the key ability of this build is Blood Turret, which allows you to passively inflict per second, and its create a bunch of very convenient synergies that Blood Turret can do together with Pistols.
The first synergy is that both pistols and turrets allow you to switch to full based build, and The Soroboreans DLC has a lot of bonus sources. In addition, Blood Turret does a lot of damage in total actually.
The second synergy is that the pistol allows you to halve the enemy's stability, so that the turret knockdown opponent and you can reload your weapon, then repeat.
Gear & Enchantment
Tenebrous Helm with Order of Discipline enchantment.
Antique Plate Garb with Spirit of Harmattan enchantment.
Tenebrous Boots with Speed and Efficiency enchantment.
Old Legion Gladius with War Memento enchantment. The main-hand weapon is practically not used, so it can be replaced with anything you like.
Boozu Hide Backpack for corruption resistance. This is quite important, since with Defiled you are limited in the spell's cast.
All of this give a high

The preferred pistols to use is Cannon Pistol for Confusion and first knockdown, then Chimera Pistol for Elemental Vulnerability, and then Horror Pistol (Because the most damage, and has damage)
Skilltree
You are very tied to Skilltrees and cannot change them. Cabal Hermit and Hex Mage needed for Blood Turret (And gives +40% decay damage itself). Mercenary needed fo Blood Bullet.

If you want to play with Alchemical Experiment and use Gift of Blood then 185%
Blood Bullet with Horror Pistol, without enemy's resistances and with Elemental Vulnerability from Chimera Pistol deal (98х0.8 + 40)*2.55*1.25 = 375 decay damage
Blood Turret without enemy's resistances and with Elemental Vulnerability deal 15*2.55*1.25 DPS during 30s. Then one turret deal 1434 damage in total.
The damage can rise even more thanks to additional resistance's reduction.
Rotation
I omit in the rotation Fire and Reload assuming the weapon to use it. The main task is to refresh the Blood Turret every 30s and spam Blood Bullet. I also omitted the number of shots that can be fired in the window between the Blood Bullet. If do all correctly, then almost all solo-targets will be in perpetual stagger and knockdown.
Note. The turret will live their 30 seconds even if the Blood Sigil is gone. Use this to make three turrets with one sigil, not two.
Warning! Don't refresh the turret too often! You can kill yourself with corruption.
