Full Build Details

The main gimmick of this build is the big damage bursts from both torment and rupture, but we still must apply the hexes so we use a steel sabre. Why not use a cerulean sabre? Because the steel one is 10% faster, so (1.1 + 0.1) x 1.2 = 1.44, that's insane. once we get the hits we can cast torment and rupture.
