The Montcalm Tribe are a minor faction in Outward. They bear open hostility towards the people of Cierzo, due to an assassination which they believe was carried out by The Blue Chamber Collective.

Lore
While the Montcalm Tribe previously served under the banner of the Blue Chamber, they have recently turned to protection from the local ghosts of Ghost Pass and become hostile to people of Cierzo and Berg, due to an assassination of one of their members, who was particularly cherished by Montcalm leader Rastarte.
A letter from an unknown informant for the Sorobor Academy (presumably Helen Turnbull) describes the events in detail:
In regards to the corpses strung up around the fort, Myriade offers some insight during Questions and Corruption:

I gave those victims a home here, where they can live the lives that were stolen from them.
