The Monsoon player house is the Player House of Monsoon. It can be found in the south-western area of the city.
Purchase cost
In order to be able to purchase the player house within the city, you must either join the The Holy Mission of Elatt, or complete any faction quest line. Once it is available, a character named House Seller Myriam will appear in front of the house in Monsoon. When you speak to her, she will offer you the house for 500 
silver.
