Skills

• A blast which deals 35 Fire damage and 35 Lightning damage, 61 Impact, and inflicts Burning (91% buildup). The skill has a cooldown of 8 seconds.
• A blast which deals 40 Raw damage, extremely high Impact, restores 200 health to the Scarlet Emissary and inflicts Panic (120% buildup). The skill has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
