Skills

• A blast which deals 35 Fire damage and 35 Lightning damage, 61 Impact, and inflicts Burning (91% buildup).
• A blast which deals 40 Raw damage, extremely high Impact, restores 200 health to the Scarlet Emissary and inflicts Panic (120% buildup).
• An attack which deals no damage but extremely high Impact damage, guaranteed knockdown if you are not immune to Impact. Also buffs the Scarlet Emissary.
