Full Build Details
This build is a bit sparse, but it is pretty simple.
The Redemption enchantment on the Sinner Claymore allows for the application of Elemental Vulnerability and Doomed in five hits while providing +20% lightning damage. This sets up nicely for extreme lightning damage on Sigil of Wind spell combinations.
Silver Armor now has Barrier in DE, so it stacks even more efficiently with the Holy Mission passives.
Take Master of Motion and Counterstrike in Warrior Monk. Take Sigil of Wind in Cabal Hermit. Hex mage is mostly for the quality of life burnt stat healing, or potential damage boosting with Lockwell's Revelation. Take Spiritual Communion in the Holy Mission quest line.
Total lightning damage bonus: 130% = 20% Redemption + 25% Rust Lich Helmet + 25% Spirit of Monsoon + 15% Scarlet Boots + 5% Flux + 10% Spiritual Communion + 30% Blessed Lightning Spark: 200 base damage Lightning Strike: 380 base damage
In general: Keep Bless active at all times. Cast Divine Light Imbue, then refresh Bless before fights. 5 hits with the sword inflicts Doomed and Elemental Vulnerability. Then, deal massive damage with Lightning Spark and Lightning Strike.
