Cats love to nap, so remember to rest before a fight so that you land on your feet and your natural Misamic Tolerance will prevent you from accidentally Confusing or inflicting Pain on yourself during your Vital Crash. Sleeping under the bones of your enemies is best. Cats, of course, also love to feed upon the blood of their enemies, so be sure to Imbue your paws with Blood. In combination with your natural Bloodlust, you will be sure to recover from any altercation in no time.
Start the fight like a true cat by lunging at your enemies with a Perfect Strike. That will ensure that they really feel the Pain as you continue to hit them. Then knock them over with a Vital Crash. Though Cats may be small, they have Giant's Blood within them. This grants them their nine lives. Like Steadfast Ascetics, they prefer to be left alone. These traits maximize the power and precision of a cat engaging in a Vital Crash upon a rival.
Cats are well loved creatures. Some humans even see them as gods. Make sure to collect as many boons as possible from those devoted human followers. That way, when you, like most cats, get bored in a brawl, you can end it quickly in a Prismatic Flurry like a real cat.
Defensive skills are important to cats too. Make sure to Brace before being hit or prepare a Counterstrike when the opportunity arises.
Cats are naturally magical creatures, and thus don't require much additional power from the Ley Lines of Aurai. Therefore, it is recommended that cats only acquire 20 points of mana at first, and rely on their Ancestor's Memories to enhance their magical prowess.
