Evangeline Vallier is an NPC involved in the Sirocco quest line in Caldera.
Description
Evangeline is passionate and more hot-headed than the other two members of the trio. She is the child of a Noble family of Old Sirocco, and as such she received a formal education which allowed her to identify rare samples.
Unidentified Samples
Evangeline can identify any unidentified samples the player brings her.
You have an equal chance of receiving any of the 6 possible results from each Sample. The result is determined when you acquire the sample.
Expeditions
After your first 3 samples handed into Evangeline, and then every 10 samples after that, players can ask her to send out workers on an expedition to hunt for a specific rare material. It takes 24 in-game hours for the expedition to complete, after which the player will receive the material for free, and can then send out another expedition if they wish (after another 10 samples have been handed in).
