Helmi is found in the marketplace of Cierzo, at the south-eastern area of the plaza. On the Map of Cierzo, she is marked with a potion symbol.
Quest
Helmi gives the minor repeatable quest Alchemy: Crystal Powder. This quest requires you to follow the recipe for Crystal Powder (or acquire it from other means) and give it to Helmi. The player is rewarded with:
